Onion Kachumbar


Ingredients

• 1 medium Onion, finely sliced
• 1/2 tbsp Fresh Mint, finely chopped
• 1/2 tbsp Fresh Coriander, finely chopped
• Juice of 1 Lemon
• Salt to taste

Method

STEP 1: Wash onions and squeeze out excess
water.
STEP 2: To the onions, add mint, coriander, lemon
juice and salt. Mix well.

Serve as an accompaniment with rice and curry dishes.
